    Begin your journey at the Cavalier City Park located at 4th Ave S and 5th St E. From the park, head east on 4th Ave S for about 0.3 miles until you reach the intersection with Main St. Turn left onto Main St and continue for about 0.5 miles. You will pass by local shops and cafes. After reaching the intersection with Highway 5, turn right and follow the highway northeast for approximately 1 mile until you come to the junction with County Rd 55. Turn left onto County Rd 55 and walk about 4 miles. Look for signage directing you towards Fort Totten State Historic Site.

    Starting from Cavalier's City Park, head east on 4th Ave S, then take a left onto Main St. Continue cycling on Main St for about 0.5 miles. When you reach the intersection with Highway 5, turn right and follow the highway northeast for approximately 1 mile. After that, take a left onto County Rd 55 and continue biking for about 4 miles.
