If you are in Downtown Fargo, head towards Main Avenue. The Welcome to Fargo sign is located at 602 Main Ave, which is approximately a 10-minute walk from the Fargo Civic Center. Start from the Civic Center, walk south on 2nd Street N until you reach Main Avenue. Turn left onto Main Avenue and continue walking until you reach the sign on your right side, just past the intersection with 6th Street N.

For those renting bicycles, you can easily cycle to the Welcome to Fargo sign. If you're at the Moorhead City Center, take the bike path along the river heading south. Once you cross the river into Fargo, continue on the path until you reach Main Avenue. Turn right on Main Avenue and continue cycling until you see the sign on your right side at 602 Main Ave. Make sure to lock your bike at the designated bike racks nearby.

Take the MATBUS Route 10, which runs through several key areas of Fargo-Moorhead. Board the bus at any major stop and get off at the Main Avenue & 6th Street N stop. From there, walk east on Main Avenue for about 2 blocks. The Welcome to Fargo sign will be located on your right at 602 Main Ave. Please check the MATBUS schedule for any fares, as a one-way fare is typically $1.00.
