    Start in Koblerville at the intersection of Rte 1 and Rte 32. Head north on Rte 1 towards Garapan. Continue walking for about 1.5 miles until you reach the intersection where Rte 1 meets Rte 322. Turn left onto Rte 322 and walk for approximately 2 miles. You will pass by various local shops and residential areas. As you approach Capitol Hill, keep an eye out for signs indicating Suicide Cliff. The entrance will be on your right. Follow the path leading to the lookout point, which offers stunning views of the surrounding area.
