    Start from the center of Garapan, the main tourist area in Saipan. Head northeast on Beach Road (also known as Route 30) towards the entrance of the Saipan International Airport. Continue walking for about 1.5 km until you reach the junction with Route 1. Take a left onto Route 1 and continue for approximately 3 km. Look for the sign for Navy Hill, follow the signs directing you to Navy Hill. Walk uphill for about 1 km until you see the Japanese Lighthouse on your right, located at the coordinates 15.2117° N, 145.7317° E.

    Rent a bicycle from one of the shops in Garapan. Start by heading northeast on Beach Road (Route 30). Continue riding for about 1.5 km until you reach the junction with Route 1. Turn left onto Route 1, and cycle for approximately 3 km. Look for the Navy Hill signs, and follow them uphill for about 1 km. The Japanese Lighthouse will be on your right at 6P6J+MMM, Navy Hill.

    Find a bus stop in Garapan and take the bus heading towards the airport. Inform the driver that you wish to get off at the junction with Route 1. Once you get off, walk approximately 3 km along Route 1 towards Navy Hill. Look for the signs directing you up Navy Hill; it's about a 1 km walk uphill to the Japanese Lighthouse, which will be on your right.
