If you are starting from the Saipan World War II Museum located at 4RG5+Q4R, Rte 29, you can walk to Suicide Cliff. Head west on Rte 29 towards Rte 322. When you reach the intersection, turn right onto Rte 322. Continue walking for about 1.5 km. You will see signs directing you to Suicide Cliff. The walk will take approximately 20-30 minutes.

From any of the bus stops in San Roque, look for the bus heading towards Capitol Hill. Ensure to inform the driver that you're going to Suicide Cliff. The bus will drop you off at the nearest stop to Rte 322. Once you get off, walk south for about 500 meters along Rte 322 until you reach the signs for Suicide Cliff. The bus ride typically takes around 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic.

Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, you can take Rte 29 towards Capitol Hill. Once you reach the intersection with Rte 322, turn right and continue cycling for around 1.5 km. There will be signs for Suicide Cliff, and you can park your bicycle at the designated area near the entrance. The total cycling distance is about 2 km, which should take around 10-15 minutes.
