Car
If you are driving from the town of Flåm, head northwest on FV 243 towards Aurland. Continue on this road for about 20 minutes until you reach Aurland. From Aurland, take the left turn onto the Bjøgavegen road (signs for Stegastein viewpoint). Drive for about 10 minutes on Bjøgavegen until you reach the parking area at Stegastein viewpoint. Please note that parking may incur a fee, so have some cash or a card ready.

From Flåm, take the bus (Bus No. 600) to Aurland. The bus ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Once in Aurland, you can either walk or take a taxi to the Stegastein viewpoint. The walk is about 6 km and can take roughly 1.5 hours, or you can opt for a taxi, which will take around 10 minutes. Ensure to check the local bus schedules as they may vary, especially in off-peak seasons.
