If you're in the downtown area, start by walking to the Tower City Center, which is a major hub for public transportation. Once there, take the RTA (Regional Transit Authority) Red Line train towards University Circle. Get off at the 'Tower City' station and transfer to the 'HealthLine' bus. Board the 'HealthLine' bus (Route 5) heading towards the 'W. 25th - Ohio City' direction. Stay on the bus for about 10-15 minutes until you reach the stop at 'Lakeside Ave & E 6th St'. After getting off, walk east on Lakeside Ave for a couple of blocks, and you will find the Cleveland Landmarks Department located at 601 Lakeside Ave E #519, on the 5th floor of the building.

If you are near Public Square, start walking east on Superior Ave. Continue straight for about four blocks until you reach E 9th St. Turn right on E 9th St and walk south until you reach Lakeside Ave. Turn left onto Lakeside Ave and walk east. The Cleveland Landmarks Department will be on your left at 601 Lakeside Ave E #519, on the 5th floor of the building.
