If you are driving, start from the nearest major city, which is Columbus, Ohio. Head southeast on US-33 E for about 45 miles. Take the exit for OH-674 S toward Logan, and continue on OH-674 S for approximately 10 miles. Turn left onto Big Pine Road, where you will find Chapel Falls / 21 Horse Cave at 25504 Big Pine Rd, Rockbridge, OH 43149. Look for parking areas along Big Pine Road as you approach the site.

Public Transportation + Walking
Using public transportation can be a bit more challenging, as there are limited options directly to Wayne National Forest. You can take a Greyhound or Megabus to Logan, OH. Once in Logan, you will need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to cover the remaining distance to Chapel Falls / 21 Horse Cave. The site is about 12 miles from Logan. If you choose to walk from Logan, take OH-674 S, but be prepared for a long walk of approximately 2.5 hours, as there are no sidewalks on this rural road. Ensure you have a map or GPS for navigation.
