Take State Route 664 North until you reach the intersection with State Route 374. Turn left onto State Route 374 and continue for about 3 miles. At the fork, stay right to continue on Big Pine Road. Follow Big Pine Road for approximately 2 miles until you reach the Conkles Hollow State Nature Preserve entrance at 24858 Big Pine Rd, Rockbridge, OH 43149. There is no entrance fee for the preserve.
