If you are starting from the center of Wayne National Forest, head east on US-33 E. Continue for about 10 miles until you reach the intersection with OH-374. Take the exit toward OH-374. Merge onto OH-374 S and continue for approximately 7 miles, then turn left onto Dalton Rd. Follow Dalton Rd for about 2 miles until you arrive at Rockbridge State Nature Preserve, located at 11475 Dalton Rd, Rockbridge, OH 43149.
