Car
If you are driving from nearby cities in Western Ohio, head east on I-70 towards Columbus. Take exit 100A for US-33 S toward Lancaster. Continue on US-33 S for about 5 miles, then take the exit toward I-71 S. Merge onto I-71 S and follow it for approximately 3 miles. Take exit 108A for I-70 W toward Indianapolis. Continue for about 1 mile, then take exit 100 for W Broad St. Turn left onto W Broad St, then right onto S 4th St. Finally, turn left onto W Town St. The Columbus Historical Society will be on your left at 717 W Town St, Columbus, OH 43222. Parking options are available nearby, but may incur fees depending on the location.

If you prefer public transportation, you can catch a Greyhound bus or a local transit bus to Columbus. Once in Columbus, you can take the COTA (Central Ohio Transit Authority) bus service. The nearest COTA bus stop is located on W Broad St. You can catch the #1 bus towards the Columbus Commons. After boarding, stay on for about 4 stops and get off at the W Town St stop. From there, it’s a short 5-minute walk to the Columbus Historical Society at 717 W Town St. Make sure to check the COTA website for schedules and fare information, as there may be a small cost for the bus ride.
