Stay on Route 16 for approximately 12 miles until you reach the exit for Gratiot Road. Take the Gratiot Road exit and turn left onto Gratiot Road SE. Continue on Gratiot Road for about 2 miles, and you will see the entrance to Blackhand Gorge State Nature Preserve on your right at 2200 Gratiot Rd SE, Heath, OH 43056.
