From any location in Cherokee Landing State Park, head northwest on Cherokee Landing Park Road. After approximately 2 miles, turn left onto OK-51 W. Continue on OK-51 W for about 12 miles until you reach the junction with US-62 W. Merge onto US-62 W and follow it for 5 miles. Take the exit toward Tahlequah and merge onto OK-51 W. After about 1.5 miles, turn right onto N Muskogee Ave. Floyd H Norris Park will be on your right at 400 N Muskogee Ave, Tahlequah, OK 74464.
