Getting there

Car

If you are driving, start from the town of Khasab, the capital of the Musandam Peninsula. Head southeast on the main road (Route 1) towards the village of Ḩarf Ghabī. After approximately 30 minutes, you will reach an unnamed road. Turn left onto this road (65RX+98H). Follow it for about 10-15 minutes until you reach Secret Beach. The beach is not directly visible from the road, so look for a small parking area on your right side before you reach the beach.

Taxi

If you prefer not to drive, you can hire a taxi from Khasab. The fare will typically cost around 15-20 Omani Rials one way. Make sure to confirm with the driver that you want to go to Secret Beach and specify the exact location (65RX+98H, Unnamed Road, Ḩarf Ghabī). The driver will take you along Route 1 and help navigate to the unnamed road.

Public Transport (Bus)

While public transportation options are limited in Musandam, you can take a bus from Khasab to Ḩarf Ghabī. Check local schedules for bus timings, as they may vary. Once you arrive in Ḩarf Ghabī, you will need to hire a taxi or arrange for a local ride to take you the final stretch to Secret Beach (65RX+98H).

Walking

If you are already near the beach area and prefer walking, you can hike from the nearest road (65RX+98H) to Secret Beach. The walk may take around 20-30 minutes depending on your pace. Be prepared for a bit of rugged terrain, and ensure you have adequate water and sun protection.
