Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car, make your way to Khasab. From the center of Khasab, head southwest on 56 WF+84G towards the coastal road. Follow the road for approximately 10 kilometers until you reach the sign for Qida Beach. The beach is located directly along the coast, easily accessible from the main road. Please keep in mind that some roads may be unpaved, so a 4x4 vehicle is recommended for the last stretch.

• Public Transportation

  For those using public transportation, take a local bus from the Khasab bus station that heads towards the coastal areas. Confirm with the driver or ticket seller that the bus goes to Qida Beach or ask to be dropped off at the nearest point. The bus will drop you off along the coastal road, and from there, you may need to walk approximately 1-2 kilometers to reach the beach area. It's advisable to check the bus schedule in advance as services may not be frequent.

• Taxi

  Alternatively, you can hire a taxi from Khasab to Qida Beach. Negotiate the fare before starting your journey. The cost may vary, but expect around 15-25 OMR depending on the time of day and your negotiation skills. The taxi will take you directly to the beach, which is the most convenient option if you prefer a direct route without any transfers.

• Walking

  If you are already in the vicinity of Qida Beach and prefer to walk, you can navigate using your smartphone GPS. The beach is located at latitude 26.1958183 and longitude 56.2228326. Ensure you have enough water and sun protection as the walk can be long and the sun can be intense.
