Continue on I-84 for approximately 30 miles until you reach Exit 28 for the Multnomah Falls Recreation Area. After exiting, follow the signs to the parking area. Note that there is a parking fee of about $5 for a day pass.

To reach Multnomah Falls using public transportation, take the MAX Light Rail Blue Line from Clackamas Town Center toward Hillsboro. Transfer to the Columbia Gorge Express bus at the Gateway Transit Center. The bus will take you directly to Multnomah Falls. Be mindful of the bus schedule, as it may vary seasonally. A round-trip ticket on the Columbia Gorge Express costs approximately $10.
