From anywhere in Clackamas County, head towards SE Foster Road. If you're near Portland, take I-205 South and take exit 21 for SE Foster Rd. After exiting, turn onto SE Foster Rd and follow it until you reach SE 82nd Ave. Turn left onto SE 82nd Ave and continue for a few miles. Then, merge onto I-84 East. Follow I-84 for approximately 12 miles until you reach exit 17 for Troutdale. At the exit, turn right onto the Historic Columbia River Highway, then take a left onto the Oxbow Parkway. Continue straight until you reach Oxbow Regional Park. Note: There is a $5 entry fee per vehicle.

To reach Oxbow Regional Park using public transportation, start by taking TriMet bus line 77 from Gresham Transit Center.
