Follow I-84 for approximately 12 miles until you reach exit 17 for Troutdale. At the exit, turn right onto the Historic Columbia River Highway, then take a left onto the Oxbow Parkway. Continue straight until you reach Oxbow Regional Park. Note: There is a $5 entry fee per vehicle.
