From the center of Hood River, head east on Oak Street towards 3rd Street. Continue straight until you reach 3rd Street. Turn left on 3rd Street and walk north until you reach the intersection with Cascade Avenue. At Cascade Avenue, turn right and continue walking east for about 15 minutes.
