Car
From anywhere in Lake County, head toward Highway 97. If you're near Klamath Falls, take Highway 97 North. If you're coming from the south, you can access Highway 97 from various routes. Once on Highway 97, continue north until you reach the intersection with Highway 84. Take the exit toward The Dalles and merge onto I-84 E. Continue on I-84 for approximately 70 miles. Take exit 87 for Mosier. At the stop sign, turn left onto Historic Columbia River Hwy. Follow this road for about 2 miles, and you will see the Rowena Crest Viewpoint on your left. There is no fee to enter.
