If you are driving from Lakeview, head north on US-395 for about 50 miles. Turn right onto OR-31 N and continue for about 27 miles. Take a left onto Forest Road 21 and follow the signs towards Todd Lake. The lake is located about 5 miles down this road. Parking is available near the lake, and there is no fee for parking.

From the town of Paisley, head north on OR-31 for approximately 30 miles until you reach the intersection with Forest Road 21. Turn right onto Forest Road 21 and continue for about 5 miles to reach Todd Lake. There are no fees for parking at the lake.

From Lakeview, you will need to rent a car or arrange for a taxi, as public transport does not directly serve the area surrounding Todd Lake.
