    If you are driving, start on the I-5 freeway. Depending on your starting point in Southern Oregon, head towards Klamath Falls. Take exit 162 for OR-140 E towards Lakeview. Merge onto OR-140 E and continue for approximately 40 miles. After that, turn right onto US-97 N. Continue on US-97 N for about 22 miles until you reach Chiloquin. Once in Chiloquin, turn left onto S Chiloquin Rd. The Train Mountain Railroad Museum will be on your right at 36941 S Chiloquin Rd, Chiloquin, OR 97624. There is no entrance fee, but check for any special events that may have a cost.

    For those using public transportation, you can take a Greyhound bus to Klamath Falls from various locations in Southern Oregon. Once in Klamath Falls, transfer to the Klamath Falls Transit system. Take bus route 3 towards Chiloquin. Disembark at the stop closest to S Chiloquin Rd.
