If you are driving, the National Neon Sign Museum is located at 200 E 3rd St, The Dalles, OR 97058. From any point in Wasco County, head towards The Dalles. If you are on Highway 197, take the exit for I-84 W towards Portland. Merge onto I-84 W, and then take exit 87 for The Dalles. Follow the signs to downtown The Dalles. Once in the town, turn left onto E 3rd St. The museum will be on your right after a few blocks. There is usually free street parking available around the museum.

The Columbia Gorge Express offers bus services from Hood River to The Dalles. Once you arrive at the bus station in The Dalles, it is about a 0.5-mile walk to the museum. Head east on W 1st St, turn left onto Washington St, and then a right onto E 3rd St. The museum will be on your left.
