If you are travelling by car, start from the city center of Gwadar. Head southeast on Marine Drive towards the Unnamed Road. Continue straight for about 5 kilometers. You will pass by several local shops and restaurants. After 5 kilometers, turn left onto the Unnamed Road, following the signs for Koh e Batil. Drive for an additional 2 kilometers until you reach a dirt road on your right. This will lead you up to the top of Koh e Batil. Please note that the road may be unpaved and require a vehicle with good clearance.

To reach the top of Koh e Batil using public transportation, take a local bus or shared taxi from the main bus station in Gwadar. Look for transport heading towards the Old City or Kohban Ward. Inform the driver of your destination, Koh e Batil, and they will drop you off at the nearest point to the base of the hill. From there, you may need to hire a local guide or a motorcycle taxi to take you up the final stretch to the summit. Be prepared to negotiate the fare, which may range from 200-500 PKR.
