If you are in the F-6 or F-7 sectors of Islamabad, start by heading towards Aabpara Market. From there, walk towards the main road, which is called Islamabad Expressway. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with the Pakistan Monument. Shakarparian National Park is located just beyond the monument, on your left side. It should take approximately 30-40 minutes to reach the park on foot from Aabpara.

If you are near the Centaurus Mall in F-8, you can take the Metro Bus service. Board the Metro Bus at the Centaurus station and head towards the Pakistan Secretariat station. Get off at the Pakistan Secretariat stop, then walk towards the Pakistan Monument. Shakarparian National Park is located just after the monument on your left.
