If you are starting from the vicinity of Faisal Mosque, head north on the main road towards the Margalla Hills. After approximately 1.5 km, you will reach the entrance of the Margalla Hills National Park. Enter the park and continue straight until you see the sign for Trail 3. The trailhead is well marked, and you will find clear directions leading you to View Point Trail 3.

Public Transport (Bus)
Take a Metro Bus from any nearby station towards the Pakistan Secretariat. Get off at the 'Aabpara' station. From there, you can take a local rickshaw or taxi to the entrance of Margalla Hills National Park. The taxi or rickshaw ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Once you reach the park, follow the signs to Trail 3.

Use a ride-hailing app like Careem or Uber available in Islamabad. Input 'Margalla Hills National Park' as your destination. The driver will take you directly to the entrance of the park. From the entrance, you can walk towards Trail 3, which is clearly marked.

If you are comfortable cycling, rent a bicycle from a local shop and head towards the Margalla Hills. Take the main road leading north from Faisal Mosque. After reaching the entrance of Margalla Hills National Park, park your bicycle and walk to the Trail 3 entrance, which is well marked.
