Walk towards the east until you reach the intersection with Rashid Minhas Road. Turn left onto Rashid Minhas Road and continue walking for about 10-15 minutes. You will see the Quaid e Azam Monument on your right, located in a small park area. The monument is well-marked, and you can easily spot it from the road.

You can take a local bus from any point in Gulshan-e-Iqbal towards the Mazar-e-Quaid area. Look for buses that have 'Mazar' or 'Quaid' in their route numbers. After getting off, walk approximately 5 minutes towards the west, following the signs to the Quaid e Azam Monument.
