Opening times, essentials, and a few local tips gathered into one calmer, easier-to-scan planning section.
Walking
From the center of Naran, head towards the main bazaar area. Walk along the main road, following the signs that lead towards the N-15 highway. It’s about a 15-minute walk from the main bazaar. Once you reach the N-15, turn left and continue walking along the road. You will pass by various shops and local stalls. Keep walking for another 30 minutes until you reach a sign indicating 'Tiger Peak' on your right.
Trekking
After reaching the N-15, instead of continuing to walk on the road, look for a trekking path that leads up towards Tiger Peak. This path is slightly steep and takes about 1-2 hours to trek, depending on your fitness level. Make sure to follow the markers or ask locals for directions if needed. The trek offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains and valleys.
Hiking
If you enjoy hiking, consider taking the longer scenic route that starts from the nearby hills. Start from the Naran bazaar and head towards the hills behind the town. Follow the trail that leads up; it will eventually connect with a path leading to Tiger Peak. This will take approximately 2-3 hours and provides a more immersive experience in the natural beauty of the area.
