Car
If you are traveling by car, start your journey from Muzaffarabad, the capital of Azad Jammu and Kashmir. Head northeast on the Neelum Valley Road (N-15) towards Sharda. After approximately 25 kilometers, you will reach the town of Sharda. Continue driving for about 15 kilometers until you reach a sign for Dullai village. Turn left onto the road leading to Dullai and drive for another 10 kilometers until you reach the Kashmir Waterfall Picnic Point. The road may be narrow and winding, so drive cautiously.

Public Transportation (Bus/Van)
From Muzaffarabad, you can take a public bus or van heading towards Sharda. Buses leave regularly from the main bus station in Muzaffarabad. The fare is usually around PKR 300-500. Once you arrive in Sharda, you will need to hire a local taxi or a motorcycle rickshaw to take you to Dullai village, which is about 15 kilometers away. The taxi fare may range from PKR 800 to PKR 1200 depending on negotiation.

If you're comfortable riding a motorcycle, you can rent one in Muzaffarabad. After renting, follow the same route as the car option.
