If you are driving, start from Muzaffarabad, the capital of Azad Jammu and Kashmir. Take the Neelum Valley Road (N-1) towards Neelum Valley. After approximately 40 km, you will reach the junction for Shounter Valley. Continue on this road for another 30 km until you reach a small village named Shounter. From here, follow the signs leading to Neelam Point lovers. The road may be narrow and winding, so drive carefully. There are no tolls on this route.

For those using public transportation, take a bus from Muzaffarabad to Neelum Valley. Buses leave regularly from the bus station in Muzaffarabad. The journey will take around 2-3 hours.
