Getting There

Walking
Start from the center of Quetta, near the Quetta Railway Station. Head southwest towards Jinnah Road. Walk along Jinnah Road for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Kachhi Bazar Road. Turn right onto Kachhi Bazar Road and continue walking for approximately 500 meters until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Sariab Road. Continue straight for about 2 kilometers until you come to a fork in the road. Keep left to stay on Sariab Road. After about 1 kilometer, you will see a sign for 'Sunset View Point' on your right. Follow the road leading up the hill, which is a well-marked trail. It will take approximately 30 minutes to reach the viewpoint on foot, where you can enjoy a stunning sunset over Quetta.

Public Transport (Bus/Minibus)
From the main bus station in Quetta, take a local minibus heading towards Sariab. Ask the driver to drop you off at the Sariab Road fork. The bus ride will take about 15 minutes. Once you get off at the fork, you will need to walk approximately 1 kilometer towards the Sunset View Point. Follow the road signs directing you to the viewpoint. The path is accessible and will lead you uphill where you will eventually reach the Sunset View Point.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the local shops in Quetta. Start from the city center and head towards Jinnah Road, then follow the same route as walking. The bike ride will take around 20 minutes to reach the fork on Sariab Road. From there, you can continue biking uphill towards Sunset View Point. The path is well-maintained for biking, and you should budget about 10-15 minutes for the final uphill stretch to the viewpoint.
