Walking
Start from the Quetta Railway Station. Exit the station and head southwest on Saryab Road. Walk for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the junction with Zarghoon Road. Continue straight onto Zarghoon Road for approximately 3 kilometers. You will pass by several shops and local eateries. Keep an eye out for local buses and rickshaws. After about 3 kilometers, you will see a sign for Hanna Lake Road. Turn left onto Hanna Lake Road. Continue walking for another 3 kilometers, and you will find Urak Hut on your right. Look for the notable hut structure and a few outdoor seating areas.
Public Transport (Bus)
From the Quetta Railway Station, look for a local bus heading towards Hanna Lake. These buses usually depart from a designated bus stop near the station. Ask the locals for directions to the bus stop. Once on the bus, tell the conductor that you want to get off at Urak Hut. The bus ride should take around 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. When you reach the Hanna Lake area, look for the Urak Hut which will be visible from the road. Exit the bus and walk a short distance to reach the hut.
Rickshaw
Find a rickshaw from the main road near Quetta Railway Station. Negotiate with the driver to take you to Urak Hut on Hanna Lake Road. The journey should take about 25-30 minutes. Ensure the driver understands your destination; you can show them a map or mention 'Hanna Lake.' As you ride, enjoy the views of Quetta and the surrounding mountains. The rickshaw will drop you off right in front of Urak Hut.
