Poodgali Chowk will be on your right, near the intersection of Arbab Karam Khan Road and the local market area.

From the Quetta Metropolitan Bus Terminal, exit the terminal and walk towards the main road (Saryab Road). Turn right and walk along Saryab Road for about 1 kilometer. Continue until you reach the intersection with Arbab Karam Khan Road, then turn left. Walk along Arbab Karam Khan Road for another 500 meters until you see Poodgali Chowk on your right.
