If you are in the main city area of Rawalpindi, head towards the nearest bus stop and take a local bus heading towards Islamabad. Once you reach Islamabad, get off at the Faizabad Interchange. From there, walk towards the Islamabad Expressway. The Shakarparian National Park is located along the Islamabad Expressway. You may need to walk approximately 15 to 20 minutes along the Expressway, following signs that direct you to the park.

Public Transport - Metro Bus
From Rawalpindi, locate the nearest Metro Bus station. Purchase a token and board a Metro Bus heading towards the Pakistan Secretariat. Alight at the 'Saddar' station. From there, take a local auto-rickshaw or a taxi to the Shakarparian National Park. Make sure to tell the driver your destination. It should take about 15 minutes to reach the park from Saddar.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can hire an auto-rickshaw from anywhere in Rawalpindi. Just tell the driver to take you to Shakarparian National Park, located on the Islamabad Expressway.
