If you are in the city center of Sialkot, start at the Sialkot Clock Tower. From there, head south on Circular Road. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Raja Road. Turn left onto Raja Road and walk straight for another 500 meters. You will see Sialkot Fort on your right-hand side. The fort is located at FGXW+4CQ, so keep an eye out for the entrance.
