If you are starting from Sialkot Railway Station, exit the station and head south on Railway Road. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Circular Road. Turn left onto Circular Road and walk for about 1 kilometer. You will pass several shops and local eateries. When you reach the intersection with Mian Street, turn right and continue straight. After approximately 500 meters, you will see a sign for Kashmiri Mohalla. Follow this road for another 200 meters, and you will find Shivala Teja Singh on your left.
