From Asunción, head to the Terminal de Ómnibus de Asunción (Bus Terminal). Look for buses headed to Yaguarón. The trip will take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on traffic. Once you arrive at the Yaguarón bus stop, exit the bus and walk towards the main road (Ruta 2).
