Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving, start from the center of Asunción. Take Av. Mariscal López heading northeast. Merge onto the Ruta 2 highway toward Ciudad del Este. After approximately 30 km, take the exit toward Av. José Asunción Flores. Continue on this road until you reach the border with Argentina. After crossing the border, follow signs for Posadas. Once in Posadas, turn onto Roque González street, and you will find República del Paraguay Park located at N3300MCF, near the river.

• Public Transportation

  For public transport, take a bus from the central bus terminal in Asunción that heads toward Encarnación. This trip usually takes around 5 hours. Once you arrive in Encarnación, take a taxi or local bus to the border. After crossing the border into Argentina, take another bus to Posadas. Once you arrive in Posadas, you can either walk or take a taxi to reach República del Paraguay Park at N3300MCF, Roque González 500-598.

• Taxi/Ride Share

  If you prefer a more direct option after arriving in Posadas, you can use a local taxi or ride-sharing service like Uber.
