From the center of Allegheny National Forest, head southeast on US-219 S. Continue on US-219 S for approximately 50 miles until you reach I-80 E. Merge onto I-80 E and follow it for about 22 miles. Take exit 33 for US-322 E toward Clarion. Continue on US-322 E for about 30 miles until you reach PA-66 S. Turn left onto PA-66 S and follow it for about 15 miles. Turn right onto Fall Run Rd, and you will find Fall Run Park at 187 Fall Run Rd, Glenshaw, PA 15116.
