Car
From any location within Allegheny National Forest, head southeast on the local roads towards State Route 8. Follow signs for Oil City. Once you reach State Route 8, take the exit for Oil City and continue on State Route 8. After approximately 10 miles, turn right onto State Park Road. Follow State Park Road for about 2 miles until you reach Oil Creek State Park at 305 State Park Rd, Oil City, PA 16301. There is no entrance fee for the park, but be aware that parking may have specific fees depending on the area you choose.

Once you arrive at the Oil City bus station, you will need to take a taxi or rideshare service to reach Oil Creek State Park. The distance from the bus station to the park is approximately 5 miles.
