From Happy Valley, get onto US-322 E. Continue on US-322 E for approximately 10 miles. Take the exit toward PA-144 N/Woodward. Merge onto PA-144 N and continue for about 7 miles. Turn left onto Poe Paddy Dr, and follow the road until you reach Poe Paddy State Park at 1087 Poe Paddy Dr, Woodward, PA 16882. There are no parking fees at the park.

Public Transportation
First, take the Centre Area Transportation Authority (CATA) bus from Happy Valley to State College. From there, transfer to the Greyhound bus service or similar that travels towards Woodward. You will need to coordinate your travel schedule to ensure the bus arrives at a time that allows you to reach Woodward. Once in Woodward, you can take a taxi or rideshare service to Poe Paddy State Park. Be sure to check the bus schedules in advance as they may vary, and fares will apply for both CATA and Greyhound services.
