    Car

    To reach Valley Forge National Historical Park by car from Happy Valley, start by getting onto US-322 E from the center of Happy Valley. Continue on US-322 E for approximately 21 miles until you reach the junction with I-76 E (Pennsylvania Turnpike). Merge onto I-76 E and continue for about 25 miles. Take exit 327 for PA-23 W toward Valley Forge National Historical Park. After exiting, turn left onto PA-23 W (Valley Forge Road) and continue for about 3 miles. Look for signs directing you to the park entrance at 1400 N Outer Line Dr, King of Prussia, PA 19406. There may be a parking fee, so be prepared for that.

    Public Transportation

    To use public transportation, start by taking a bus from Happy Valley to the nearest train station, such as the State College Amtrak Station. From there, take a train towards Philadelphia. Once in Philadelphia, transfer to the SEPTA Regional Rail Line (Paoli/Thorndale Line) towards Paoli. Get off at the Wayne station. From Wayne, you can take the SEPTA bus #124 towards King of Prussia. This bus will drop you off near the entrance of Valley Forge National Historical Park. Be sure to check the SEPTA schedule for current times and any fare costs.
