Walking
Start your journey from the Hershey's Chocolate World, located at 101 Chocolate World Way. Head south on Chocolate Avenue toward W. Hersheypark Drive. Turn left onto W. Hersheypark Drive and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Park Avenue. Turn right onto Park Avenue and follow it until it merges into Hockersville Road. Continue on Hockersville Road for approximately 1.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Route 743. Turn left onto Route 743 and walk north for about half a mile. Look for the trail entrance on your right, just past the Hummelstown area.

From the Hershey Park area, take the Derry Township bus service (if available) heading towards Hummelstown. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the most accurate times. Get off at the Hummelstown stop closest to Route 743. From there, walk south on Route 743 for about 0.5 miles, and you will find the entrance to Jonathan Eshenour Memorial Trail on your left.
