If you are cycling, you can take the paved bike trails within Presque Isle State Park. Start from the main park entrance and follow the bike path along the waterfront. Continue along the designated bike routes until you reach Coast Guard Road. Turn right onto Coast Guard Road, and Beach 11 will be on your right after about 0.5 miles.
