Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the Scranton Cultural Center, exit the building and head southeast on N Washington Ave toward E Linden St. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with N Main Ave. Turn left onto N Main Ave. Walk for another 0.3 miles and then turn right onto E Lackawanna Ave. Continue walking for about 0.2 miles, and then turn left onto Cliff St. Steamtown National Historic Site will be on your right at 350 Cliff St.

  • Public Transit (Bus)

    From the Scranton Bus Terminal, take the COLTS Bus Route 2 (Green Line) towards the South Side. Get off at the stop on Lackawanna Ave & N Washington Ave. From there, walk northeast on Lackawanna Ave for about 0.3 miles until you reach the intersection with Cliff St. Turn right onto Cliff St, and you will find Steamtown National Historic Site on your left at 350 Cliff St.
