From anywhere in the Upper Delaware Valley, take Route 6 or Route 97 to reach the nearest major highway, which is Route 84. Follow Route 84 East until you merge onto I-87 South towards New York City. After approximately 25 miles, take exit 6 for I-287. Continue on I-287 until you see signs for US-202 South. Merge onto US-202 South and follow it for about 20 miles. Take exit 4B for PA-1 South toward Chadds Ford. Continue on PA-1 South until you reach the intersection with Creek Rd. Turn left onto Creek Rd, and the Chadds Ford Historical Society will be on your right at 1736 Creek Rd, Chadds Ford, PA 19317. Parking is available on-site.
