You may need to climb up a series of stairs to reach the grotto itself.
Public Transportation (Jeepney)

From Burnham Park, make your way to the nearest jeepney terminal. Look for a jeepney that has a sign that says 'Dominican Hill' or 'Lourdes Grotto'. Board the jeepney and pay the fare (usually around PHP 10-15). The jeepney will take you along the main roads of Baguio and drop you off near the entrance of Our Lady of Lourdes Grotto. After getting off, walk along Dominican Hill Road for about 5 minutes until you see the entrance on your left. You will have to climb some stairs to reach the grotto.
