If you are near Burnham Park, you can start by walking towards the main road, Session Road. Head north along Session Road until you reach the intersection with Magsaysay Avenue. Turn left onto Magsaysay Avenue and continue straight until you reach the junction with Dominican Hill Road. Turn right onto Dominican Hill Road. Continue walking for about 15-20 minutes. Our Lady of Lourdes Grotto will be on your left-hand side, marked by signage.

From Burnham Park, head to the jeepney terminal located near the park entrance. Look for a jeepney that has 'Dominican Hill' or 'Lourdes Grotto' signage. Board the jeepney and pay the fare (usually around 10-15 pesos). The jeepney will take you along Magsaysay Avenue. Inform the driver that you will get off at Our Lady of Lourdes Grotto. Once you reach the stop, disembark and walk a short distance down Dominican Hill Road to find the entrance to the grotto.
