Walking
From the main entrance of Burnham Park, head towards the east side of the park, where you will find the main road (Carino St.). Walk along Carino St. until you reach the intersection with Dominican Hill Rd. Turn left onto Dominican Hill Rd. Continue walking for about 800 meters. You will see signs directing you towards Our Lady of Lourdes Grotto. The grotto is located further up the hill on the right side of the road.

Tricycle
If you prefer not to walk, you can take a tricycle from Burnham Park to Our Lady of Lourdes Grotto. Look for a tricycle terminal near the park entrance. Inform the driver you are going to Our Lady of Lourdes Grotto. The ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic, and should cost around 50-100 PHP. The tricycle will drop you off near the entrance of the grotto.
