From Burnham Park, head east towards Lake Drive. Continue straight to reach the main road, Session Road. Turn left onto Session Road and walk until you reach the intersection with Upper General Luna Road. Turn right onto Upper General Luna Road and walk uphill until you reach the intersection with Dominican Hill Road. Turn left onto Dominican Hill Road and continue walking for about 10-15 minutes. You will see signs directing you to Our Lady of Lourdes Grotto.

From Session Road, find a jeepney terminal (usually near the Baguio Cathedral). Look for a jeepney with a sign that says 'Dominican Hill' or 'Pacdal'. Board the jeepney and pay the fare (around 10-15 PHP). The jeepney will take you up to Dominican Hill. Get off at the nearest stop to the Grotto. From there, walk uphill for a few minutes following the signs to Our Lady of Lourdes Grotto.
