If you are starting from the city center, head towards the main intersection at Divisoria. From there, walk along Velez Street heading towards the west until you reach the intersection with Tirso Neri Street. Turn right onto Tirso Neri Street. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes, and you will find Golden Friendship Park located on your left side at FJHV+3GH, Tirso Neri St.

From the city center, head to the nearest jeepney terminal. Look for a jeepney that has a sign indicating it goes to the 'Market' or 'Cogon'. Board the jeepney and ask the driver to drop you off at the corner of Velez Street and Tirso Neri Street. After disembarking, walk straight along Tirso Neri Street for about 5 minutes, and you will arrive at Golden Friendship Park on your left.
