From there, you can take a jeepney marked 'Mactan' or 'Lapu-Lapu' (fare is about 10 PHP) and get off at Mactan Shrine, which is just a short walk from the main road.

From Cebu City, go to Fuente Osmeña Circle and find the jeepney terminal. Take a jeepney with a route to Mactan (look for signs or ask the driver). The fare is about 20 PHP.
